How it works

No sign-up, no upload, no wait — just type and download.

1

Enter your text or link

Paste a website address, Wi-Fi details, a phone number, or any plain text.

2

Pick size & style

Choose the resolution, colors, and how much error correction you want built in.

3

Download & share

Grab a crisp PNG for anywhere, or an SVG that stays sharp at any print size.

What is “error correction”?

QR codes can still be read even when part of the code is smudged, covered, or damaged. A higher level rebuilds more of the code from the parts that are still readable — handy if you plan to add a logo in the middle or print on something that might get scuffed. The trade-off is a slightly busier, denser code.

🔒

Private by design. Your text is turned into a QR code right here in your browser. Nothing you type is ever sent to a server.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I turn into a QR code?
Any text or link — a website address, Wi-Fi details, a phone number, an email, or plain notes. For a link that should open when scanned, include https:// at the front.
What does the error-correction level do?
Higher levels add extra redundancy so the code still scans even if it's partly damaged or has a logo over it, at the cost of a busier pattern. Medium is a good all-round default.
Should I download a PNG or an SVG?
Choose PNG for a ready-to-use image in documents or social posts. Choose SVG when you need to scale it up for print without any blurring.
Can I change the colours?
Yes. You can set the foreground and background colours. Keep a strong contrast between them — dark on light works best — so scanners read it reliably.
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The code encodes your text directly, so it works forever and doesn't rely on any tracking link or account that could stop working.
Is my text or link uploaded anywhere?
No. The QR code is created entirely in your browser on your own device. Nothing you enter is ever uploaded, and we never see it.
