- Photo is sized to a 3.5 × 4.5 cm portrait ratio and compressed into the 50–100 KB range rrbapply expects (some fields accept a smaller 15–40 KB variant — check your notice).
- Signature target is 30–49 KB — sign in running cursive with black ink on white paper, then run the scan through the tool to land under 49 KB.
- RRB wants a recent photo (usually taken within the last three months) with a plain light background — retake rather than reuse an old passport photo if in doubt.
